ELYSIUM

Located in Panathur, Bengaluru, this experience centre is designed as the first chapter of a larger residential development. Positioned along a rapidly evolving corridor with upcoming connectivity to Whitefield and the Outer Ring Road, the project welcomes visitors into an environment that is as memorable as the homes it represents.

The client's vision was to create more than a conventional sales office. They envisioned a destination where architecture, nature, and storytelling come together—housing a reception lounge, workspaces, conference rooms, AV room, physical model display, channel partner facilities, café, and a fully furnished model apartment.

Instead of responding solely to the urban context, we chose to create an experience rooted in nature, openness, and human interaction. Inspired by the delicate elegance of a butterfly, the design celebrates curiosity, movement, and transformation, encouraging visitors to explore rather than simply observe.

A series of landscaped courtyards, water features, and open voids weave through the building, dissolving the boundary between indoors and outdoors. Floor-to-ceiling glazing invites daylight deep into the interiors, while elevated decks offer panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. A sculpted sloping roof follows the site's natural contours and enhances passive cooling, allowing the architecture to work in harmony with the environment.

Every space has been thoughtfully planned to enrich the visitor journey. The welcoming reception flows seamlessly into elegant discussion areas and channel partner lounges, while workspaces are carefully positioned to balance collaboration with privacy. At the heart of the building, the model display becomes the focal point of the experience, complemented by a lively café and dedicated family-friendly spaces that encourage visitors to linger and connect.

Natural materials play an equally important role in shaping the atmosphere. A handcrafted rattan ceiling creates a warm and distinctive identity for the reception, while the floating conference room—surrounded by water and lush planting—offers a serene setting for meaningful conversations.

More than an experience centre, the project is an immersive destination where architecture, landscape, and emotion come together. Every element is designed to create lasting impressions, celebrate nature, and offer visitors a glimpse into the lifestyle the development promises.
